The practice of yoga is an art and science dedicated to create union between mind, body and soul. It is not just physical training to be more flexible, stronger and fit, it allows you to discover a sense of wholeness in your life. It will also improve the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive and hormonal systems. In other words it is a journey to the truth, a journey to your inner and higher self.
Ritienne is a Qualified Vinyasa Yoga teacher with 3 years experience and manages FlexyBend Vinyasa Yoga. She teaches all levels of yoga and offering variety of classes, modifications and meditation. Her main focus during the classes is alignment and core strengthening to avoid future injuries. Apart from yoga she loves to travel, meeting new people from around the world, adventures, fitness, healthy lifestyle and doing new experiences.
