Meditation stills what the Indians call the monkey mind because the mind is always jumping about. It can help with a great many of human problems if practiced regularly. Class will include an introduction to meditation and practice using different techniques including Breathing,and mantra. From Tibetan Buddhism and Yoga.
Suitable for anyone who is interested in trying meditation or is already practising.
Barbara trained at The Sivananda Ashram in Canada in 1969 with Swami Vishnudevananda so have been teaching for 50 years.
