Discover your inner grace with this heart-opening all-levels flow and free the spine from rigidity and tension. With creative sequencing and awareness on breath, we will move into deeper backbends safely. The flow will be fun and vigorous, with plenty of modification options. We will start with breath-work and movement meditation to create awareness and quiet the mind; Through a series of namaskars we flow into our main heat sequence. Your experience will end with relaxation and an easy-to-follow mantra meditation.
Karin has been offering Vinyasa power yoga, dance and Pilates lessons in Malta since 2011; Karin is passionate about teaching her students an integrative yoga practice that fuses the fluidity and flexibility of yoga, the strength and safety of pilates, and the calming effect of mantra chanting and guided visualisation.
