Breathwork is a general term describing numerous available modalities that use the breath as a main tool for exploring alternate states of consciousness, meditation as well as in therapy. The amounts of O2 and CO2 we take in, expel or maintain in our blood levels have direct effect of on our physical bodies and well-being. TRE® is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. The exercises safely activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system.
Sarah is a holistic therapist combining meditation, breath & sound with an infusion of bioenergetics. She truly believes that the greatest teacher is the teacher within, and her intention, as an instructor, is to provide the space for students to raise their consciousness.
