Terms of Service for All Ticket Types

  • A valid ticket must be presented to get into the event. Removing any part, altering or copying the ticket will deny you entry.
  • You acknowledge that the event organiser may, where necessary add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, and audience capacity. Such changes should not be material changes to the event and shall occur either due to instructions by authorities, unavailability of the artists or due to other reasons beyond the event organiser’s control. 
  • If the event is rescheduled or moved to another date, the event organiser will give you the option of either retaining or exchanging your ticket for the new date/location. If the event is cancelled, you will be offered the option to transfer your ticket to a future event or a refund for your ticket. Please note that Booking Fees and/or Transaction fees are not refundable in these circumstances.
  • If the event is rescheduled, changed, moved or cancelled the event organiser cannot be held responsible for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation and other related goods, services or compensation.
  • Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain. If the event organiser has reasons to believe that tickets have been re-sold for such purposes, they will be invalidated, and the holder will be refused admission.
  • For the safety of people at the event, the event organiser reserves the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches as they deem appropriate.
  • The event organiser shall not be responsible for any loss, damages, death or injury howsoever caused unless (i) the relevant party has breached its legal obligations; and (ii) such loss or damage is a direct and reasonably foreseeable result of the breach. For the avoidance of doubt, the event organiser will not be responsible for the actions of any third party, including, but not limited to, the exhibitors or performers.
  • If all or any of the event is planned to take place outdoors it will take place regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the safety officer. There shall be no refunds for bad weather if the event takes place.
  • The event organiser does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the event.
  • Attendees may be filmed, photographed or sound recorded for broadcast, publication or security purposes whilst at the event by the event organiser which shall include sponsors and other partners authorised by the event organiser.
  • Professional video and sound recordings are not permitted in the performance areas of the event unless written permission is provided by the event organiser.
  • Open fires are not permitted as per park regulations. No gas cookers and/or candles or any other sorts of cooking equipment is allowed.
  • Per the law, visitors under the age of 17 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drinks or any other age-restricted products.
  • The relevant Maltese law will apply to these Terms of Service and Courts of Malta will have exclusive jurisdiction concerning the Terms of Service.
  • Attendees may not bring food into the festival unless considered by the management to be light snacks for holders of a camping ticket or for those with specific dietary requirements that cannot be met by food vendors within the event.

Added Terms of Service for Weekend & Single Day Tickets

  • All ticket holders are permitted to enter the event from 09:00 on all days except for Thursday when the doors open at 18:00.
  • No glass bottles, drinks, alcohol, or illegal substances are allowed at the event.
  • No large bags or rucksacks over 13 litres are allowed to be brought into the event.
  • No refunds will be issued by the event organiser, you can safely sell your ticket only via www.ticketswap.com.
  • Per the law, visitors under the age of 17 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drinks or any other age-restricted products.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time which can be viewed at www.earthgarden.com.mt/terms.

Added Terms of Service for Student Tickets

  • A valid student card must be presented upon entry to validate all student tickets.
  • All ticket holders are permitted to enter the event from 09:00 on all days except for Thursday when the doors open at 18:00.
  • No glass bottles, drinks, alcohol, or illegal substances are allowed at the event.
  • No large bags or rucksacks over 13 litres are allowed to be brought into the event.
  • No refunds will be issued by the event organiser, you can safely sell your ticket only via www.ticketswap.com.
  • Per the law, visitors under the age of 17 are not permitted to purchase/sample alcoholic drinks or any other age-restricted products.

Added Terms of Service for Camping & Glamping Tickets

  • Camping ticket holders may enter the event from 14:00 onwards to set up their tent.
  • All ticket holders are permitted to enter the event from 09:00 on all days except for Thursday when the doors open at 18:00.
  • The size of your tent must reflect the number of tickets purchased. 
  • Open fires are not permitted as per park regulations. No gas cookers and/or candles or any other sorts of cooking equipment is allowed.
  • No glass bottles, drinks, alcohol, or illegal substances are allowed at the event.
  • No refunds will be issued by the event organiser, you can safely sell your ticket only via www.ticketswap.com.
